How Our CAD/CAM Process Works
Digital Impression
First, we use our comfortable intraoral scanner to take a detailed 3D digital image of your tooth. This is much faster and cleaner than old-traditional molds
Computer Design
The scan data is instantly uploaded to our special CAD software. Our dental experts use this program to digitally design your new restoration, ensuring its shape, size, and fit are absolutely perfect.
In-House Manufacturing
Once the design is ready, we send the file to our CAM machine. This high-tech milling unit carves your new tooth from a single, solid block of high-quality material, like ceramic.
Finishing Touches
After the milling is complete, we add the final touches by coloring and polishing the restoration to perfectly match the look and feel of your natural teeth. Finally, it’s ready to be bonded into place.
